Cook Orthodontics of Dublin Review

I've been a patient at Cook Orthodontics for about 6 months and my teeth are looking a lot better. Dr. Cook and his entire staff are always friendly and patient with me, despite some issues I've had with broken wires and being sometimes late to appointments.

My only issue is with their Rewards program. You're supposed to earn a certain number of points for actions you take (signing up for treatment, wearing Cook t-shirt to each appt., getting a good teeth cleaning exam, etc.) but to date, I haven't received any of those points despite asking about them and being told they would be added to my account.

The program just doesn't seem to really be maintained, so don't start treatment here with that expectation. I keep wearing my Cook t-shirt to every appt. with my fingers crossed anyway...
