After a failed attempt at another orthodontist, we reached out to Cook Orthodontics. The front end staff was amazing. On consultation day we met Dawn. She was so outgoing and communicated directly with our child. She explained everything that would occur during the appointment and provided a boost of confidence that our child needed. Dr. Cook advised us (as we already knew) that our child did in fact need dental work. Dr. Cook was even honest enough to advise that our child would need to wait an additional 6 months before he could start the process due to needing time for some of the baby teeth to fall out. We were given a detailed breakdown of what treatment was needed for our child. He also included an estimate, insurance coverage and payment options available. Our visit was a success. My child left with a smile on their face and said that they wished we would have visited Dr. Cooks office first.

My daughter was always so afraid to get her teeth worked on and Dr. Cook really made her feel very comfortable and after the 1st visit she was always very excited to go to the orthodontist! She just got her braces off last week and her smile is beautiful!

My son has had a great experience thus far at Cook Orthodontics. We originally came in not knowing what to expect. From day one we have been informed and taken care of every step of the way. The staff has been extremely kind and the office flow is great with little to no wait times.

Great first impression! Everyone was super nice and explained things thoroughly considering it was all new information! Everyone made my son feel very comfortable about the treatment that is ahead of him :)

Dawn was really cheerful and amazing to deal with children. She was so good at explaining to even 6 & 8 years old. The detail information she gave us was really helpful for us to feel comfortable. Our son even wanted to come back more often than needed…
